Nagaland has recorded a 19% decline in tuberculosis (TB) incidence and an 18% reduction in mortality rates over the recent reporting period.
The improvement is attributed to enhanced public health initiatives and better access to diagnostic and treatment services across the state.
Health officials aim to continue these efforts to meet national targets for TB elimination by strengthening community-based monitoring and patient support.
