National Testing Agency recasts toll-free number into AI-enabled helpline

The toll-free number previously used by the High Power Task Force for exam reform suggestions is being recast as an AI-enabled helpline for the NTA.

The system aims to help candidates navigate websites and overcome language barriers by answering queries in multiple languages based on backend data.

Students will be able to ask questions about exam dates, application procedures, fee amounts, required documents, and eligibility criteria.
