Yemen's Houthi movement stated they targeted Saudi Arabia's Ras Tanura oil refinery in the Eastern Province with a ballistic missile on Tuesday, causing massive fires.
The Saudi-led coalition reported shooting down three missiles fired toward the Eastern Province and intercepting two missiles aimed at Riyadh, where blasts echoed across the capital.
A Houthi official claimed that the Egyptian Parliament's decision to authorise defensive military support for Saudi Arabia amounted to a declaration of war against Yemen.
