Nepal Flood Survivor Recalls Nine Days Trapped Underground

Hydropower worker Sanjay Sah has returned home after surviving nine days trapped underground following devastating glacier-triggered floods in Nepal.

Sah survived solely on floodwater in complete darkness while faith and thoughts of his family kept him alive until rescuers reached him.

His emotional reunion coincides with ongoing search operations for thousands of people who remain missing following the disaster.
