The Mumbai Food and Drugs Administration suspended 105 food business licences and cancelled seven across Maharashtra following inspections on November 4 and 5.
Authorities seized 39,485 kg of food products valued at ₹1.35 crore from at least 69 establishments during the checks.
Inspections revealed hygiene violations, inadequate food storage, manufacturing without a licence, and missing health check records for handlers.
