Godrej Properties Q2 Net Profit Declines 62% to ₹154 Crore

Godrej Properties reported a 62% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to ₹154.15 crore for the quarter ended September.

The profit drop was driven by a surge in total expenses, which rose to ₹2,476.74 crore compared to ₹1,300.98 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Total income increased to ₹2,571.73 crore, while sales bookings declined by 6% to ₹8,008 crore during the quarter.
