Bihar Native Arrested For Attempting To Derail Train in Kerala

The Railway Protection Force arrested a 24-year-old Bihar native for allegedly attempting to derail a train by placing heavy objects on tracks in Kerala.

Railway staff recovered a concrete slab, a piece of rail, and a sack containing hardened cement between Ottapalam and Shoranur stations on Tuesday.

The suspect, Shuklal Marari, told investigators that frustration over unemployment and resentment towards society led him to commit the act.
