Migrants in Saxony-Anhalt fear deportations and asylum restrictions after the far-right Alternative for Germany party secured a strong position to form the state government.
The 83-seat state legislature met on Tuesday in Magdeburg for its first session since the September regional election where the AfD fell three seats short of a majority.
