Judge Orders White House to Restore Press Credentials for CNN, MS NOW, and Politico

A federal judge ordered the White House to restore press credentials to CNN, MS NOW and Politico after they were banned by U.S. President Donald Trump.

District Judge Timothy Kelly ruled that the revocation of the media outlets' hard passes likely violated their constitutional due process rights.

Following the ruling, major U.S. broadcasters temporarily halted television pool coverage of the White House in solidarity with CNN.
