Addressing the SCO Council of Heads of Government meeting in Dushanbe, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated that the entire ecosystem of terrorism must be firmly and collectively dismantled.
Singh emphasised that terrorism threatens peace, development, investment, and commerce, while noting there can be no double standards or safe havens for those who finance or support terrorists.
During the meeting, which was attended by Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Singh also voiced India's support for the 2026–2030 action plan on multilateral trade and economic cooperation.
