Anthropic Says Claude Powers a Quarter of Its AI R&D Work

Anthropic announced that its Claude AI model now leads 26% of research and development work within the company.

The startup stated that AI collaborated with humans on over 90% of internal research work as of August, rising from 1% in March.

Anthropic noted that about 30,000 AI agents operated on its main internal platform simultaneously, with automated safety screening blocking roughly one in 47,000 decisions.
