Heavy rain and early morning showers on Monday triggered waterlogging across Delhi-NCR while protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar continued in the capital.
The Delhi Traffic Police enforced diversions at key locations including Dhaula Kuan and Lodhi Road from 6am, alongside the closure of six metro stations for security reasons.
The restrictions follow a Supreme Court directive stating that metro and railway services should operate normally and unarmed protesters must not be detained unlawfully.
