Dabur has moved the Delhi High Court to challenge an FSSAI order prohibiting food products from carrying labels like '100% Pure' or '100% Natural'.
The FSSAI regulator issued the ban on the grounds that such absolute claims are ambiguous, unverifiable, and potentially misleading to consumers.
The prohibition affects a wide range of products, including honey, cow ghee, apple cider vinegar, and various coconut-based oils and liquids.
