The Cheenapara Heritage Gallery was inaugurated at a century-old temple and community hall on Blackburn Lane in Kolkata's Tiretta Bazaar.

Spearheaded by The CHA Project and INTACH’s Calcutta Chapter, the gallery preserves artefacts, trade tools, and a visual archive of Kolkata's Chinese community.

The exhibition highlights historical waves of migration and economic specialisation across various Chinese groups in the city ahead of its 250th anniversary in 2028.
