Delhi's draft electoral roll, published August 31, 2026, excludes 47.7 lakh electors out of 1.45 crore, marking a 33% deletion rate following a Special Intensive Revision exercise.
Chief Electoral Officer Ashok Kumar stated that excluded voters can file claims via Form 6 by September 30, with the final electoral roll scheduled for publication on November 4.
Officials attributed the high deletion rate to Delhi's large floating population, noting that digitisation rates for the roll varied from 83.43% in Rohini to 52.15% in Tughlakabad.
