Anna Hazare Admitted to ICU in Mumbai Following Health Decline

Social activist Anna Hazare was admitted to the ICU at Bombay Hospital in Mumbai on September 1, 2026, after suffering from severe dehydration and a viral infection.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis visited the hospital to monitor the 89-year-old activist's condition, confirming that he is currently stable and responding to treatment.

Hazare had been shifted from his base in Ralegan Siddhi to Mumbai for specialized care, with doctors advising a period of complete rest for his recovery.
