Mayo Student Rossa Burke Achieves Maximum Leaving Cert Points

Rossa Burke from Ballinrobe Community School achieved the maximum score of 625 points in the 2026 Leaving Certificate examinations.

The school reported that nearly 20% of its students secured over 500 points, with twins Sean and Henry Hughes both scoring above 550 points.

Principal Julie Anne Collins credited the strong performance to the dedication of the students, their families, and the teaching staff throughout the academic year.
