Actor Jennifer Lawrence has confirmed her return as Katniss Everdeen in the upcoming prequel film The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, scheduled for a theatrical release on November 20.
Lawrence described her return and reunion with former co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Woody Harrelson, alongside original crew members, as an emotional and unbelievable experience.
The prequel is based on Suzanne Collins' novel of the same name and centers on a young Haymitch competing in the 50th Hunger Games.
