Israeli settlers have besieged three Palestinian families in Qusra, West Bank, since Sunday, cutting off water and electricity supplies in an ongoing land dispute.
The Israeli military, which has occupied the territory since 1967, reported that 76 Palestinians have been killed by forces and settlers in the region so far this year.
The military plans to deploy an additional infantry battalion to the area, with the chief of staff ordering efforts to maintain control until at least Sunday morning.
