Designer Tony Ward revealed an unseen custom couture gown worn by Aishwarya Rai at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, featuring over 7,000 pearls.
The creation required more than 600 hours of craftsmanship and utilized nearly 40 meters of silk taffeta to achieve its sculptural volume.
Styled by Tarang Agarwal, Mohit Rai, and Chintan Shah, the ensemble included a corseted bodice, a pearl-embroidered skirt, and a voluminous white taffeta cape-styled jacket.
