Colorado Buffaloes football head coach Deion Sanders faced scrutiny after his long-time videographer, Christopher Neely, shared a podcast anecdote.
Neely claimed on a podcast that Sanders once offered critics $50,000 each not to criticize him for a year.
The remarks surfaced as Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes attempt to recover from a five-game losing streak at the bottom of the Big 12.
