Russia launched fresh drone and missile strikes on Kyiv on Tuesday, killing at least two people and wounding seven after a three-day pause in hostilities.
The attacks damaged residential buildings in Kyiv and the Boryspil and Fastiv districts, while a separate Ukrainian drone strike hit civilian infrastructure in Saratov, Russia.
The three-day suspension of strikes, which followed visits by US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Moscow and Kyiv, officially expired on Monday evening.
