Bangladesh lost the second Test in Mackay by an innings and 51 runs, failing to build on their historic maiden Test victory in Darwin.
The tourists were dismissed for 64 and 95 in their two innings, becoming the first team in 21 years to be bowled out for under 100 in both innings of a Test.
Despite the defeat, Bangladesh remains at No. 6 in the ICC Test rankings, with captain Najmul Hossain Shanto looking ahead to the upcoming tour of South Africa in November.
