Google Adds Gemini 3.7 Flash to AI Search Features

Google integrated the Gemini 3.7 Flash model into its AI Mode search feature on August 14, 2026, one day after the model's initial release for coding and agent tasks.

The new model is currently available globally to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in English, accessible via the model menu in the AI Mode 'Ask anything' bar.

While Gemini 3.7 Flash is now a selectable option, Google has not confirmed if it will replace the current default model or be integrated into the automatic routing system.
