National Award-winning actor Keerthy Suresh makes her web series debut in Netflix's upcoming period action drama Akka, premiering on October 30.
Set in a fictional Telugu town run by women, the series features Keerthy as Bhavani, a calm and composed gangster alongside Radhika Apte.
Keerthy noted she was initially advised against doing streaming projects due to her theatrical status, but asserted that OTT is no longer inferior to films.
