Arijit Singh Returns for 'Awarapan 2' Despite Music Break

Singer Arijit Singh has made a rare exception to his ongoing music break to record a track for the upcoming film 'Awarapan 2', starring Emraan Hashmi.

Composer Amaal Mallik revealed that the production team went through 15 rejected versions of the song before finalizing the track, highlighting the high standards maintained for the sequel.

The film, which aims to revive the musical legacy of the original 2007 hit, is scheduled for release on August 14, 2026, amid significant fan anticipation.
