Panaji Police registered an Unnatural Death case under Section 194 of the BNSS following the death of 75-year-old veteran actor Nana Patekar.
Patekar suffered a cardiac arrest at his Goa residence on Thursday morning and was brought dead to Manipal Hospital in Bambolim.
The late actor was cremated with full state honours at his Pune farmhouse, with son Malhar Patekar performing the last rites.
