Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell remained hospitalized in Detroit following a scary neck injury sustained during Sunday's game against Minnesota.
The Lions issued an update on Monday confirming that preliminary medical indications of his recovery are positive.
Campbell was stretchered off the field in the fourth quarter of the 19-15 victory after a collision while tackling tight end T.J. Hockenson.
