Two election commissioners, Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi, objected to decisions made in the ECI's name without their knowledge, citing unilateral changes to voter registration forms and IT systems.
The commissioners highlighted a Goa case where 97 eligible voters verified by ground officers could not be added because the ERONET software disallowed the update.
Ex-commissioner Ashok Lavasa stated the ECI should scrap the Special Intensive Revision and bring all facts before the public to verify if legal procedures were violated.
