
Harmanpreet Kaur announced on Tuesday that she has stepped down as captain of the Indian women's cricket team across all formats with immediate effect.
Having taken over full-time leadership after Mithali Raj's retirement in 2022, she remains the only Indian captain to win a Women's World Cup.
Harmanpreet confirmed that she will continue to be available for selection as a player across all formats of the game.
