India proposed a three-part ceasefire plan to Ukraine during Foreign Minister S Jaishankar's visit to Kyiv last month to help broker an end to the fifth-year conflict.
The truce proposal seeks to halt attacks on energy infrastructure, ensure unhindered grain and energy flows through Black Sea ports, and stop strikes on commercial shipping.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha confirmed receiving the proposal, calling it the most comprehensive among four international initiatives aimed at ending the war.
