The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) scheduled a re-examination for September 5 for candidates affected by power and server failures at two Jaipur test centres on August 30.
Candidates at iON Digital Zone iDZ, Sitapura, reported that the computer-based exam was interrupted repeatedly, with some students claiming the test started and ended 10 times during the three-hour window.
While the re-exam addresses the technical glitches at centres 41,682 and 41,683, students are demanding a broader investigation, citing concerns that the disruption creates an uneven playing field for medical rankings.
