Chinese semiconductor firm CXMT has secured a deal to supply LPDDR6 memory chips for Xiaomi's upcoming foldable smartphone.
This partnership marks a significant milestone for CXMT as it begins mass production of its advanced memory technology to compete with global suppliers.
Xiaomi is also reportedly developing its own AI mobile chip, aiming to challenge Qualcomm's dominance in the high-end smartphone processor market.
