Indian squash teenage star Anahat Singh withdrew from her Canadian Women's Open quarterfinal match in Toronto due to an injury.
The sixth-seeded 18-year-old was scheduled to face Egyptian top seed Fayrouz Aboelkheir, who received a walkover to the semifinals.
Prior to her withdrawal, Singh defeated England's Saran Nghiem in the previous round with a scoreline of 11-6, 4-11, 11-5, 11-7.
