Bombay High Court Cancels Bail for Sachin Waze in Antilia Case

The Bombay High Court has cancelled the bail granted to dismissed police officer Sachin Waze, overturning a special court order from September.

Waze was arrested by the NIA in March 2021 for his alleged conspiracy to plant explosives near Antilia and his involvement in the murder of Mansukh Hiran.

The High Court allowed the NIA's appeal, noting that Waze will remain in Thane Central Prison as the trial court proceedings continue.
