HBO released an extended teaser for its upcoming Harry Potter series, which will adapt the first book, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, across eight episodes.
The footage features John Lithgow as Dumbledore, Janet McTeer as Professor McGonagall, and Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape, alongside the core trio of Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
The series is scheduled to premiere this Christmas, marking the second screen adaptation of the franchise following the original eight-film series that grossed billions.
