KKR-backed logistics firm LEAP India has scheduled its ₹2,480 crore IPO for August 7, following an increase in the fresh issue size to ₹480 crore.
The public offering includes a fresh issue of shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) component worth ₹2,000 crore, aimed at expanding the company's operational footprint.
