Kerala electricity regulator seeks research partnerships with engineering colleges

The Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission invited expressions of interest from engineering colleges for research partnerships to solve power sector challenges.

The initiative aims to utilize institutional expertise for developments in areas like renewable energy, AI, energy economics, and electric vehicles.

Selected institutions will be empanelled based on research infrastructure and will later submit detailed proposals for projects, with funding and IP rights determined per project.
