Soket AI and ZenteiQ released sovereign AI models capable of operating in air-gapped environments entirely cut off from the internet.
Soket AI launched the 26.3 billion parameter model EKA-1 for maths and coding, while ZenteiQ introduced the multilingual open-source models Dhīr 2B and Dhīr 5B.
ZenteiQ's models can run locally on devices with at least 6 GB of memory and are targeted at secure sectors such as defence and cybersecurity.
