Bengaluru Police arrested 22-year-old Ritesh Pandey in Delhi for uploading a video targeting former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.
The metropolitan magistrate court granted Pandey bail on the condition that he cooperates with the ongoing cyber crime investigation.
Investigators are probing whether Pandey acted under directions from a member associated with the Janata Dal (Secular) social media team.
