Meta Appoints Former MongoDB CEO Chirantan Desai to Lead Enterprise Platform

Meta announced the appointment of Chirantan Desai to lead its newly created Meta Enterprise Platform, reporting directly to Mark Zuckerberg.

Desai previously served as CEO of database provider MongoDB and held senior technical roles at ServiceNow, Cloudflare, and EMC.

The appointment aims to commercialize Meta's AI capabilities, including the Muse personal AI agent and business tools, for corporate adoption.
