Gurugram police arrested 29-year-old Manmeet on Tuesday after his Mahindra Thar struck a motorcycle during a high-speed manoeuvre on the Dwarka Expressway on September 26.
The two motorcyclists survived with minor bruises and cuts after oncoming drivers stopped in time to prevent a fatal run-over following the crash.
Police traced the vehicle to a Sector-93 service station using registration details from a viral dashcam video and registered a case under BNS sections 281 and 125.
