French spirits giant Pernod Ricard has appointed four investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, to advise on its upcoming India IPO expected to raise over $1 billion.
The move comes as the company seeks to capitalize on the growing Indian market, which has become a key focus area while its performance in other global regions remains sluggish.
The IPO is expected to be one of the largest in the sector, with the company aiming to leverage its strong portfolio, including Chivas Regal and Absolut, to attract institutional investors.
