University of Bristol President and Vice-Chancellor Evelyn Welch outlined plans for the institution's upcoming Mumbai Enterprise Campus to expand access to UK higher education.
Welch stated that studying at the Mumbai campus will cost about a third of studying abroad while allowing Indian students to remain close to home.
The initiative aims to align programs with workforce needs in India and foster long-term research and academic partnerships supporting the National Education Policy 2020.
